How To Transfer A Call On The Grandstream GXP1630
1. First you must have an active call.
2. Then you press the transfer key.
3. Then dial the number you want to transfer the call to.
4. Then to complete the transfer press the transfer soft key or press the transfer key again.

IF i made a mistake and I sent the call to the wrong extension or the person is not there, is any way that I can get the call back to me?

Unfortunaltely no. Unless the call was sent to an extension or person that has the capability to transfer the call back to you the call is lost. You can check the call history to get the caller ID of the caller.

Yes, you must make a call through another account on those transparent buttons on the left at the top, then press transfer and then select the button that is flashing.
