It’s a robot that for 60% of the game that doesn’t actually have a personality besides to finish the job. It was made that way as a narrative device so that the options could be more open as there would be no character personality to prevent choice on the players part. Such as if the player wanted to drown a kid that would be fine for Connor but a character like the cop (sorry I couldn’t remember his name) wouldn’t have that option as it would make no sense for their character. Kind of always surprised how people like Connor the most.
