- Hello so today I am sharing a quick make for an infinity scarf, really easy and great for a Christmas gift. These are also really useful for using up all your odd bits of leftover fabric, I know sometimes we get those long but not quite wide enough for a pattern types of scraps. So this is a thrifty make that will save you a bit of money. It is a quick sew with me, grab your fabric and you can have it made in ten minutes! If you enjoy this please remember to like and subscribe and thank you for watching today.

Love the scarf. A wreath sounds like a great idea to show. Thank you.
Hi Lorraine, thank you I will have a think about that then. Thank you for commenting.
Wow, so easy when you know how. A fabric wreath sounds interesting Dianne.
They are so easy Annette! I will get thinking about that wreath. Have a good weekend.
What a great use of bigger scraps of fabric - inspiring as always Dianne! I'd love to see a fabric wreath too. 😀
Hi Michelle, thank you I will get on with that then.😃
Christmas wreath and Xmas cards sounds lovely.
Scarf is great will definitely try it thanks 👍
Thank you Karen, have fun. Enjoy your evening.
Hi Dianne, useful sew along and an attractive way of adding a layer around your neck...and a simple but attractive gift. Thank you Susan 🤗🌼🌺
Hi Susan thank you I think it is really useful. I am glad you enjoyed it.
Hi Dianne,
I have recently received goods I had sent away for, on opening the box the goods were secured by pattern paper which turned out to be 2 complete burda pattern 1 a skirt and the other a dress burda 6224 but no instructions. Imagin my delight🎉.. I decided to make the dress pattern up but the skirt pattern piece (is as it appears to me) to be beyond my understand.. it has a couple of what looks like pleats then a pocket shaped appendage any chance you could perhaps throw some light on this 🥴 no worries if you can't I can only ask . Susan
@@rejoicealways1233 Hi Susan, I have lots of Burda patterns but unfortunately not that one! I make lots of samples for work so it may come up over the next few months. The pleats will just be made in the direction of arrows on the pattern and the pockets look like they would be created first of all as they hang on the front don't they. Try on a bit of scrap first of all. Best of luck. 🙂
Thank you so much Dianne for answering me and thank you for your suggestion of trying out on a piece of fabric your reply has confirmed my thought. Have a good week 🌼🌺🌼
Hi Dianne. Just found your channel and loving your videos. I got back into sewing about 9 months ago since not sewing very much since my GCSE’s (I’m 44!) and absolutely hooked. It’s the perfect stress relief and I’m enjoy researching and planning each make! xx
Hi Samantha, that is so good, it really is perfect for reducing stress and I do lose myself in my sewing. If there is anything you need to see how to do let me know and I can do a future video on it. All the best for the season.
When you put it on, that scarf actually looked like a cowl neck type neckline on your top. Really pretty. Thanks for the tutorial. Oh, and I would love vegan treats recipes
Thank you Jan. Yes I thought it sorted of blended into the dress too which is ok as I was trying to make it more seasonal. Have a good evening.
Hi Diane, I love the scarf, I will definitely be making a similar one. I would love to see the fabric wreath idea and maybe in 2023 something on applique or embellishments to plain clothes using scrap fabrics? Thanks. X
Hi Tracy, thank you. I will definitely do the wreath as it is popular and the appliqué at a later date. Thank you for commenting.
Fabric wreath please. Love the scarf, so easy!
Hi Mary, it looks like a wreath then next, glad you enjoyed the scarf.
