    This is frigging insane. I have been 6 years working between 3DSMax and Sketchup... Seeing you using 3DS tools in Sketchup makes me feel so happy, I have a challenge to complete now. Using only sketchup as my primary building tool.

    Hello I have followed your tutorials since the beginning of quarantine by covid.19 and they really are extremely good and perfectly executed. you would be surprised to see everything I have achieved with your tutorials, I have never used so much sketchup before, thank you very much and God bless you

    Weird analogy but Sketchup with all these plugins to allow extra features is like buying a Corolla and modding it to go fast, compared to just buying a Supra. Supra meaning any professional 3D modeling program like C4D, Rhino, 3DS Max, Solidworks lol.

      on select mode, click and drag from right to left. not over selecting center edges

      @@TutorialsUp hello! the only thing i didn't understand in this tutorial is how to give simmetry when scaling (0.09). same when you draw te cutting lines in both side parts. looks like a component use but it is not. it's not simple scaling, right?

      That is Subd plugin.

      it is vertex tools, as u have mentioned used on the legs. u can just use move tool to replicate what he did on that specific part tho

    Will this direct modeling in sketchup method generate less geometry than importing furniture from other 3d programs like 3ds max or blender?

      It will, complex shapes, small size.. Sketchup is a face modeller

      From here you can enable or disable this option. Top Menu bar > View > Component Edit > Hide Rest of Model

    none of the plugins are compatible with my sketchup. Trimble are arseholes for getting rid Sketchup Make and moving the free version to a browser.
    The further we get from Make 2017 the less plugins will work for it and in the end people will either be forced on to pro (it costs to much for hobbyists $299 per year), to the online version (which no plugins work on) or get a cracked version.

      How to Decrease video Speed:
      on Browser
      click on setting gear icon.
      then click on playback speed.
      and set it to 0.5
      on App
      Tap the 3 dots in the top-right corner of your screen
      now tap Playback Speed.
      and set it to 0.5x
