I don't know how old this or these factories are but they are spotless! I used to work at Maple Leaf in Thamesford, ON Canada and it was old and dirty. There was so much opportunity for contamination and lack of respect for food that I really lost a lot of faith in our food chain. This is how it should be done. They even cover the bins with plastic bags from one station to the next to avoid contamination of condensation falling in from overhead cooling pipes and what not

I did this in a frozen food factory here in the UK, we made fishcakes though, all the kit and methods are exactly the same, watching this was like being back at work!! Excellent!
Hamburgers??? I have worked in the meat industry for years and even in meat plants that makes patties in the US. We would be shut down if we put this stuff out as beef patties! This is way to much fat to be served as a edible pattie!
Meat is frozen, bread not finished, salat is fresh wth majones. I really don`t get what kind og burger this company is making. how we can eat this or warm it with this majones salad.
