If you noticed, at 0:55 the To Sleep, Dreaming theme (Which represents the Deep) starts, continues briefly, only to be interrupted by the Gideshu March. (The de-facto march of the Authority who are strictly against the Deep)
And all over the song different melodies take over each other, the Ministry theme takes over Etrea, the Authority theme takes over the Deep etc. These really do tell a story, if you are willing to hear it.

I love the Gideshu March melody at 1:02, a really nice throwback to the authority during the raid. I wish the march itself could be heard in the game though, one of the best OSTs.
The fact that it also expands on the "Games of war" motives really ties the arena with actual large-scale war conflicts in the game.

i understand that to someone who knows nothing about deepwoken this might sound just chaotic, but the mixing of etrean themes, pvp arena themes and central authority themes (with some other deepwoken motifs in there) rly gives off the vibes of an epic yet terrible war between the nations, love it….

Can we all agree that this is the best fucking theme in deepwoken? It actually feels like a huge war where most probaly wont get out alive, in the vision of most etrean guards. Defending their home town on their last breaths from the authority, everyone is panicking and you are just confused, not knowing what to do or what in tarnation just happened, a few minutes ago you were selling stuff at the antiquarian and now your fending off your hometown from the authority. And how theres different leitmotif taking over the song really feels like they are trying to battle over domination. What a shame that this event is much rarer than getting a enchant at lower erisia.
The luminant seems to be getting more restless by the day, raids and wars build tension amongst the inhabitants. The biggest conflict of the eastern luminant draws nearer…

Etrea has its own motif but it’s not a theme like the gideshu march
Etrea is far from a powerful faction The most powerful are 1. The Central Authority 2. The Ignition Union 3. The 100 Legions
We start off in etrean territory but even there we see they dont even own half of it The central luminant is owned entirely by The Central Authority they are a massive military power who id like to consider nazis due to their views of Adrets being the superior race and wanting to take over the entire world
@Waltbruhcentral authority also has the knives of eylis in charge, and the union too. Sometimes they trade with summer. And dont forget the divers are also under authority’s control.
