The greatest performance of the Ode I've ever heard, and that's saying a lot. The work covers the creation of the universe out of 'a heap of jarring atoms', all the way down to The Youngest Day (as Händel's countrymen called it), when 'The dead shall live, the living die, and Musick shall untune the sky'.
