true that i just spent two months sailing around Mackay to cairns, we were not in a hurry ,eating coral trout every third day never got tired of it . In fact grew to love it even more.
silver garcia i know because i cooked and tried such dishes in different countries , Grouper is a common fish my friend, you can find it in so many countries ))

Wow! That first fish in the oven would definitely be my favorite. Give some rice and some nicely cold beer and I’ll eat that whole thing and ask for seconds. Too bad I’m on the other side of the planet behind my screen drooling. :-(
Fuuuuck everything looks so amazing. From the first to the last recipe, I would have sooo many meals if I could do this kind of thing, and they would all taste delicious. I'm salivating just watching.
The only problem with Grouper is that it is up near the top of the fish food chain. Any nasties that small fish ingest becomes part of the Grouper when it eats them. Otherwise it is a very firm yet mild tasting fish, very flakey. You can get great grouper meals in Florida, Key West and the Caribbeans.
Thousands of fish die daily on big fishing boats. Many sea creatures get caught in the net and died on the ship before tossed back in for the sharks and free loaders. The fish you see in markets died from the sun and suffocation on the deck of a ship, the ones that dont rot are stored and the ones that get sliced early on are cleaned and frozen for weeks or months. The fish that stink or ones not needed usually thousands are tossed back into the ocean dead.. The ones brought home are ported and distributed at the ports for other markets.
Somebody asked me why we are so big in built just because we Pacific Islanders we always eat fresh sea food that means fish is brought straight from the sea into the boiling pot after it is cleaned to release the freshness of its soup when we always prefer to eat fresh fish by cooking it in hot water then doing other ways

This is a coral trout, most likely from Australia's great barrier reef, we have a live trout industry here, most of them go to Japan
It is available here in Saudi as well. It is actually the most famous fish amongst a few others. It is called "najel" locally. Not that expensive
Wow, great fish. The cooking methods look perfect. Cheers from USA.
I wish fish was this fresh where I live. 😣
Fish sticks are always fresh in the frozen section

Ở Nhật Bản thế này là món ăn đường phố hết sức bình thường và rẻ tiền, ở Việt Nam thì là món ăn cao cấp ở nhà hàng và hết sức đắt tiền.
