What about her own babies? We don't see her taking care of them anymore.
Maybe it's a good idea to put her alone with them in a different box?
Maybe, but what if she did not stay with them as we wish. At least this way they still have Lili's warmth and milk until Mimi comes back to the box.
I think her own kittens are behind her butt in this video, its probably safe to assume they are taken care of, the owner has raised 4 generations of kittens now and this video is 3 minutes in a 24 hour day.

Choco and Latte are so cute! They’re starting to grow up and be rebellious toward Mama Lili. I love how motherhood is making Mimi and Lili bond, and both moms are taking care of all the babies.

Yes I'm a Kiwi, and the best I can manage in anything other than English, is a tiny bit of schoolgirl French. Although I do use mit a lot when I'm typing things for myself, because its quicker & easier to type and I like it. Reminds me of a visit to Germany and the street sellers of whatever mit brot and mit senf!

Mimi is so beautifully loving towards both of her new granddaughters. I think the fact that they are her granddaughters and the fact that she is a mother again has softened her. She seemed quite standoffish of the babies at first, sweet to see her be so kind and loving. I wish Coco were here to see (not Mimi and her babies), but to see how his family is expanding. :( :) RIH Coco.
Luckily, kitten choco and Latte received abundant love from their grandmother and mother cat, of course from their human father too 💞😺

Mimi and Lili are wet-nursing each others' babies. It's a common thing to do when two Queens have their babies close together.
TK did put down two boxes, but Mimi chose to have her twins in that particular box. She obviously sees the comfort of having her daughter helping her and vice-versa.

Mimi is a very young granny. She is only 3 1/2 years old, which in cat years, is about 29. So in human terms, that would make many of our mothers too old.
