This is the channel for me no question...video games and science. The reality is video games have helped to progress our understanding of real world physics as they are universes that have to have their own laws of physics.

On the "What is Play Noggin?" video someone commented "Sounds like Julian from DNews." To which the channel owner responded with "I wonder why.... 😉"
So, the options are that it is Julian from DNews, or it's someone who sounds very similar to him also named Julian. And if we use Occam's Razor (When faced with competing hypotheses, select the one that makes the fewest assumptions.)... well... here we are.

@Play_Noggin 2:18 while the molecule disassociation is prevented while wearing her vest, what could happen is that the device could give the illusion that tracer can move backward in time by memorizing her coordinates with a built in GPS of some sort and on command will then proceed to teleport her to the exact memorized coordinates
2:27 Again this could be another illusion, changing her X or Y axis, according to the way she is facing.
    Just a thought :P

There's a game called Bloons tower defense, a game where baisically monkey's must pop the balloons (shorten to bloons) from the other side. In the game there are bloons that cannot be poped by explosions, frozen, or even become coated in a heavy case of metal armor but still float in the air. The big is how all these bloons can fit inside of each other, when you pop a certain kind of bloon, the next layer will show and become weaker and weaker. Super confusing in the real world, but very obvious in a video game

In various zombie games, the zombies can get increasingly harder to kill the further you make it. Depending on how good your gun is (and the difficulty), it can sometimes take in excess of hundreds of shots before the zombie dies. This makes me ask the question; how much punishment can the human body take before it is physically incapable of moving? Or in other words, how much ammunition would it take literally prevent the muscle fibres from being able to operate? (excluding severed nerve endings, blood loss, etc.)

Well, if you looked into Overwatch lore, you would learn that Tracer endured an accident that caused all her molecules to be out of sync with the normal timeline, but Winston (The blue gorilla from the moon) created technology to anchor her to our timeline, which is why her mind is safe from her rewinds.

Her blinking ability is 58.5 mph in 0.30 milliseconds. Tracer could use this sudden boost to get to far places and would somewhat allow her to "fly". Plus because she would be moving so fast in a short amount of time, time would seem to slow.

  • @monabey5254
    @monabey5254 7 років тому

the answer to this is that she is travelling in 5th dimension; she can see and feel the probable future of what it might be in that timeline and adjust herself by reversing it with her memories intact. in 4th dimension she wouldn't be able to remember that she had travel backwards in time even if she had because it's linear and that doesn't give her much control over it.
another argument would be that one can never truly travel back in time even when one is travelling in the past; it's like think that there is one main clock of the universe that is responsible for recording time that has past in every dimension possible with infinite possibilities, that just keeps one adding time since the beginning of everything, like an incorruptible time so this time is not relative. now there is another form of time, the second time we all know about and can travel in you know like different dimension 4th,5th,6th and so on. 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th dimension are probabilities of infinite universe with their constants changed as oppose to our's, but even as we travel through this second form of time that is reversible and changeable, this first form of time is unchangeable that just keeps adding and like a grand record of everything that was, is and will be.
the problem is we think of time of one entity ; something that exist in one form that we can travel in plus other things like different sets of probabilities but if there are two forms of time that means one can travel through the second form without corrupting the first original form of time like in case of tracer even if she is travelling through time backward or forward in the second time; the first time would ultimately be linear from past to present sort of way for everything so that mean even when she travels through the past she is actually moving towards her future.

Or maybe time is an illusion and simply a rate of change in matter, as things will always degrade and move.

Play Noggin. Maybe you could do Portal? You can talk about maybe if teleportation is possible or would we teleport by portals or just appear there. Thanks!

Do a minecraft episode on the nether portals, of how when you walk one block in the nether, you walk eight in the normal world. Is that possible? And what's the science behind that. I just think that that could be an interesting episode

I was thinking that tracer traveled through different possible dimensions, and teleported to a dimension where she is in that spot, or wasn't hurt, but the rest stays the same.

When I think of the 4th-dimension, this is what I think of: In the 0-dimension, there's no axis, just a point. In the 1st-dimension, there's the x-axis, which measures the number of points in a line. 2D, the y-axis measures the number of lines in a plane. 3D, the z-axis measures the number of planes in a solid. 4D, the ∞-axis measures the number of solids throughout time. In other words, there's 1 solid in 1 unit of time. But in the next unit, the same but different solid is there, just changed place in the infinite motion of the universe and changed in how much it decayed (atomic decay). So between point ∞a (I labeled it with '∞' to signify the ∞-axis) and point ∞b, there's an infinite number of solids (seconds can have an infinite number of decimal places, such as nanoseconds)

But tracer remembers her recalls, she says things like "let's try that again" so her mind does not rewind. it's not just us that see what is before the recall but also her.
