I too have high anxiety issues. I had Hyperacusis 5 years ago and now suffer with constant muscle twitching and fatigue.

lastcall170 sorry to hear that, my fatigue comes and goes depending if I’ve done too much in a day, have a lot going on or if I’m sick.
