Currently live in Tavola, got a great deal as a first time home buyer during jan of 2023 locked in fixed at 5.25% with crazy incentives through Lennar…it is relatively quiet here…I leave my garage open all day and haven’t had any issues….I live in a cul de sac so no through way traffic…none of my neighbors on my street including myself are native Houstonians but everybody is friendly…HOA is $800 a year,the community is very clean for the most part…our community Facebook is very active and very helpful. Valley ranch is very nice with the restaurants options…..relatively very low crime…Roman forest PD are great and also there are a ton of law enforcement who are home owners here as well….overall so far best move I have made to escape the rift-raft from Harris county…takes me on average 35 min to get down town on a good day with no accidents and moderate traffic on 59….
