I had a consultation with a well known ENT in LA named Dr Ryan Osborne and he indicated that he has not seen any "stability" related issues arising from styloidectomies, and has done 5-6 of these procedures per week for years. Highly considering the procedure, having a 4.3 cm styloid that is pressing against the tissue in my neck.

The thing is the people suffering these symptoms can only go on case studies of people who have undergone these treatments, and i have seen alot of before and after videos of styloidectomies that have completley relieived symptoms and sucsessfull fusions etc but i have seen two sucessful videos of succesful stem cell treatments and quite a few failures who have gone on to have sucessfull fusions etc. we need more before and after videos for this extremely expensive treatment
