Beat the Clock: 1 vs 3 elimination (Must eliminate all 3 enemies within 10 minutes, No DQ but ring out count is 5 seconds)
4v4 UFC Ironman: Submissions only fatal 4 way cage match (Most submissions at the end of the match wins)
UFC 1V1: Cage match (Submissions and Knock outs only)
Submission Chamber: Submissions only elimination chamber
K.O. Chamber: Knock Out Only Elimination Chamber
Just some of my favourites
if you have submissions only, you can't use KO's. And in a cage match, KO on isn't an option. Must use Hell in a Cell.
8 man elimination battle royal matches with pins and submissions only have been my go to since forever
How you do that when it be lock I can't change it
@@quietgamer4429 custom match then choose 8 man normal and you can change the settings, also the same for 6 man
I like to set up a 10 man Royal Rumble, with the time between entries set at max length 300 seconds I believe it is. Usually only 2 in the ring at a time, till one goes over, the next entry comes in, rinse and repeat. I call it Top 10 Rumble
One match I always create is the ultimate submission match. Like the one I feel sure was between Benoit and angle back in the 2000’s

In 2K22, I created the Fight Pit match by doing a one on one steel cage match and setting the win conditions so you can only win by submission or knockout just like in the actual Fight Pit. I’m definitely thinking about doing that in 2K23 as well.
There's a Fight Pit arena in custom creations in 2k23, if your on ps5 it won't work but if ur on pc or Xbox than the cage will work

Scramble match is alot better when it has Iron Man rules instead of 2 out of 3
I made an Old School Wargames where the only stipulation is by Submission. Don't know what the hell happened to KO wins, but you work with what you got.
Who else thinks they need to have an option to limit tag team pin breakups. Like let them only break up 1-2 pins
I'm bored with tag team matches. They keep breaking up the pin everytime

are my favorites that i do every year since 2K18.
I was pleasantly surprised that they fixed the custom backstage brawl this year where you can actually pin without the worry of knocking someone out.
As for Championship Scramble, I make it an Iron Match instead of 2/3 falls.
Handicap 3 On 1 elimination is fun as well.
Iron Man Tables Matches obviously.
And Survivor Series Tag elimination (they don't allow 8 man tag elimination this year for some reason).

I love setting up Finisher Iron-Man Matches
For the Championship Scramble idea, I've always used "Iron Man" rules. Set it up the same way, just select your time limit. I usually go 60mins. It's pure chaos. Pins, Submissions and for added flare, put the KOs on.
60 minute matches in a WWE game??? You absolute madman lmao.

Also an interesting way to do a 'fight pit' match is having a black cage and doing a sub only with no escape, u can also have knockout on but it makes the match a lot shorter and not as fun.
In 22, I did basically a 3 stages of hell match buy called it a fight to death match to fit the story. I made the match for which was for another Chiampa vs Gargano rivalry, which just so happened to end yesterday at extreme rules in my 23 universe in a brutal extreme rules match where I think Chiampa is now injured for 12 weeks.
How did you make the 3 stages of hell? I'm disappointed they've never allowed players to play that in the game (outside of the Universe cut scene)
@From Depths We Rise For mine, I did it as an extreme rules match surrounded by the hell in a cell, and I made the match 2 out of 3 falls and for more fun since I was using it for a Chiampa and Gargano rivalry only I made the match start with 3 finishers. You can do however many finishers you want to start with.
The scramble match you described sounds more like the Iron Survivor match. With a traditional scramble, it doesn’t matter how many times you get a fall, it’s just about who has the final fall when the time limit is up.
Custom Matches are always fun to play and it makes the game way better 🔥.
One match I like to make is Table Mayhem. Fatal 4 Way. 30 Minute Ironman Rules. Put your opponents through as many tables as possible

Notice how 4 v 4 custom tag team matches do not work, no matter what ruleset you use? Classic 8-man elimination Survivor Series-style matches are not possible right now. They worked last year. Somehow, this got screwed up.
Really enjoyed this video. I had a lot of fun having Kevin Owens fight the bloodline in a gauntlet match
I've been doing 5-way table elimination even before watching this video. I love the stipulation. One of my best custom matches.
I do the 5 man Ironman with a 20 minute time limit for the Iron Survivor match they had at NXT Deadline.
I do a ufcish match, steel cage Knock out on and in the Scrap trap cage.
Great idea. Finally got 2k23 and I'm stoked to get started. My favorite creation from 2k22 was an "elimin8tor". An 8-person elimination match. Made for a lot of fun title changes
Right, I agree! My favorite match is the Elimination Chamber match where I have won a few times playing just one guy or girl full through! 😂
I actually got to start making these matches I usually make a first blood match every year but I forgot this time
I always turn off Pins and Submissions and then turn on Knockouts when doing an Elimination Chamber match.
Or change 8 Man Ladder Match into a TLC Match when editing the Weapon Wheel.
I always set up the survivor series match and a 4 man elimination.. I'll add more later custom matches are a great feature

Who hates tag team matches in 2k23?
I had been racking my brain around how to make a first blood match. It was bugging the hell out of me. You can't do it with normal match options and even when making a normal match the option is still blacked out. So now I know that it needs to be extreme rules.

And it’s super easy, barely an inconvenience
You could kind of do a Three Stages of Hell by setting up a tournament and make the last three matches in the bracket of the person that you want to win against a wrestler that has multiple versions. It would be limiting, but it would kind of work.
There's 2 I want to try: Squash Match where health is set to low and 3 finishers assigned, and In-ring Brawl for universe mode where health is set to low, 3 finishers assigned and KO is turned on. Might be another way to start or develop a storyline.
I hate that you can't select pin or submission for tag cage matches, that sucks.........

Bro you should try a Hell in a Cell Last Man Standing match its is the most brutal thing I've created on the game. Its what I use to blow off a major fued in my custom caw universe

@Harley Meaden so you go into create a match for HIAC turn off pins and submissions and turn on last man standing and that's how you do it mate
I noticed whenever I add a time limit like 60 minute or so the matches tend to go on longer

That's great to hear, I'm always concerned that first blood matches will end really quickly, but maybe this fixes it?
A Traditional TLC match was always a Ladder match with extra weapons.
3 Way Elimination is a 3 Way Dance that was ECWs version of a Triple Threat
I always add a ton elimination matches and replace the regular Triple Threats and Fatal Four Ways. Also love doing giant 8 man elimination Street Fights
Fun fact.. you cant create 8 man tag elim. Like a traditional 4v4 survivor series.. i made the match type and it doesnt show up in my custom match types lol

you and i do pretty much the same thing with custom matches with the exception of the 3 stages of hell match i don't even try to do what you did Assemble, its one of those match types that need to be brought back,

I wish we could have done elimination stipulations for wargames its so annoying when the ai just suddenly sneaks in a pinfall and then the match is over while you’re not looking
Update Would be nice to add eliminations to custom matches. We can only hope.

Alot of my custom matches are not showing up in univers mode including 8 man matches 😢
There's a way! Go to edit show, then edit match and you can select custom matches from here. Hope that helps.
@@marcusorlandi8054 OK I've checked today and apart from a 4 way dance tag, non of my other 8 man custom matches are showing up in the list. Even in exhibition, any help?

I love doing triple threat, fatal four ways all singles or tag teams but add in the 2 of 3 falls or iron man and now u have a nice long challenging match.
For my ecw universe I made the 3 way dance match it made my universe so much more interesting

A custom match i like to do is a kendo stick match, and it's perfect now sandman is in 2k24
Inspired by Michael Jordan, I created the "Stop It" match. It's basically a no DQ, knock out only match, where every weapon on the wheel is the stop sign.

My favorite mach is a cage with any number of wrestlers but the only way to win is by escape no pins or submissions

My favorite custom match is what I call "Fight to the Finish". Get hit with a finisher and you're eliminated. Last one standing wins.

On the triple threat elimination match (which i love too) WHY can't you turn on disqualifications? This wasn't the case in 2k22. This game forces all triple threats need to be extreme and have weapons involved. WTF?
Same with Fatal Four ways. DQ is always off.

I loved the scramble matches in WWE games. I really want that back. So is there any way we can use alt atirres for GM mode? I know how to add caws but I changed my settings of my wrestlers to alt atirres but that doesn't work for GM mode. I don't think this is a option but maybe you know more?

8 man no DQ elimination match and all the weapons can only be stuff in a house
This used to work, but now after I change options, such as submission only or count out time 20 seconds instead of 10, the changes automatically go back to default. I do click Accept changes. Weirdest thing.
I also made the fight pit match sadly you can’t go on top but it’s pretty fun

To be honest tlc area is not in wwe2k23 I know wwe messed up with the arenas including elemnation chamber where there is not a mania 39 logo and instead a 38 logo
