I almost got a sequoia instead of tundra but the part I couldn’t stand about the sequoia is the third row seating doesn’t fold down completely flat like most modern 3rd row vehicles. But this video almost makes me wish I went the sequoia the thing looks great

I like the tundra for a family and trip vehicle but the tundra looks good. What would you guys take?
Same. Tundra is great for hauling stuff when needed yet still enough space to fit a family of 4-5 comfortably. Sequoia is cool too and fits more. If you don't haul stuff or have another truck, Sequoia is a great choice. I personally have to have a truck bed. I'm always moving things, haha!

Why pay the premium of a TRD when the owner was just going to take the suspension off and replace with better/more capable setup
TRD Pro was not readily available. Owner wanted to get his hands on one asap.

Took too long and we had already worked on so many that I was not so excited about one for myself anymore.. I cancelled mine and bought something else.

That's exactly what happened. The owner of the Sequoia didn't want to wait around so grabbed what was available. Ended up looking how he wanted it to and he was a happy camper.
Dont see anything wrong taking a lower end model and making it to look like a trd pro. Its not like the engine is different. Exact same engine in all trim levels. Its not like they taking a reg f150 and making it look like a raptor.
Tyres too big on tundra, the sequoia looks great
