Yeah, Bite in single target scenarios, Primal Wrath in AOE situations. However, that can change depending on your talents - Rampant Ferocity for example, but yeah, that is the basic idea :)
@@Melyndarwow What bleed abilities does a feral generally use? I know rake is a bleed ability, but not sure on the others. So build stacks with swipe and then spend those stacks with primal wrath in aoe and spend stacks with bite in single target? Thanks for the help!
Yeah, that's right! Basically, your main focus should be on rip - which in AOE situations you apply via Primal Wrath... Other one is Thrash, and Rake is the third... Other than that, you got it right. GL with mastering the master spec :D@@LG3Official
@@Melyndarwow I have a lot to learn with the bleeds and stuff. For example, why would anyone use rip instead of primal wrath? Also, rip only applies a bleed to one target, correct?
@@LG3Official that's correct, and rip is the single target spell - so the difference is you use Rip on single target and Primal Wrath is just an AOE version of it... But you can compare the two by reading them, and you'll see that Rip deals more, but it is limited on a one Target - so primarily in M+ you'd like to have your rip on the boss, while in aoe you apply rip to mobs via primal wrath
Maybe try going talents - Incarn and Lion's strength? They give you more consistency in AOE, it's easier to manage and rotate, and is straightforward, not much you can do wrong with that build... Also, look up how to craft Toxic thorn boots, if you haven't. Make sure your stat distribution is right (high Mastery, crit=haste and little vers). You should try that out and let me know how it turns out. Hope this helps :)
@@sonido7113 you can go either way, it's not that important, but I've talked to other ferals and they say that mastery sims better. I feel safe with toxic thorn boots tho, so I'll stick to that.
So im new to feral druid. Is feral mainly about keeping your bleeds up and filling with swipe to build stacks to use ferocious bite?
