- I’m about to do something with Roadie, my 1929 Ford Model A Roadster that I never thought I’d do, but I decided that I’m going for it…so much to prepare for!!!
Me and @ModelA will be very busy working on Roadie and we don’t have much time!

Wow! A lot to do but excited to see it being done! I love Roadie and its color; it’s going to be amazing. And yes, that weatherstrip under the windshield I noticed when you first got the car; definitely needs replacing. Your little kitty is so cute. Happy Mother’s Day!

Roadie is already a really nice Model A. You will have lots of fun making it better. I have enjoyed your videos on the Mitchell transmission. Its a great way to make your car more road friendly and practical. For early Ford V8s, they are a real blessing because Columbia overdrives are very expensive, assuming you can find a complete one in good condition in the first place. Blessings!

The first time I detailed our car I remembered why I hate wire wheels. The previous owner put 16" 40 spoke Kelsey Hays wheels on ours. I like the look but a lot less room to clean between the spokes. Have fun at the show.

Ironstone, Greystone, Cornerstone all great antique car shows this time of year in calif. I just found out entry fee for Huntington beach Concourse this time is something like $75.00. Wow! Good video, like the picture at the beginning.

I have a Grey tabby, Tinker, he loves working on the car with me. He sits on the running boards all the time. Cats are funny. I'm looking forward to seeing you do that windshield gasket. I think that's the worst job you have. I hope you like that tranny, everyone I know who has one loves it. Did you get the higher 1st and 2nd? If my old one ever gets too tired, I might get one. Finding good gears to do an original is not easy. Happy Mum's day.
Opted for the stock 1st and reverse, and the 15% higher 2nd gear ratio.

Yep, he’s the jerk that scratched Paul’s hood on his coupe 🫣😬
Hopefully we can keep him from doing it again, he jumped on top but not far enough and slid trying to save himself, yikes!
