Hi from D.K.s loft WESTERN Australia I don't use 1x1 mesh on the floor the bird's feet could fall through I use 12mmx25mm mesh for the floor more comfortable for my rollers. that's whats its all about right guys

It looks like the wood you used are called 2x2's. They are 11/2 inch x 11/2 inch. Is that right.
