If i may remember it right, they also did that here in the PH, years ago an illegal chinese fishing boat was caught by the local coast guards and then eventually this unfortunate incidents that our country's facing today happened..it is clearly their strategy.. learn from PH past gov'ts' mistakes.. we are thankful that we have PBBM now to stand for us against them.
