Yes😊, in fact the template used in this example has a pop-up with a lead magnet. If you go to irina-kar.wixsite.com/coaching-template you will see a pop-up after 15 seconds.
You just add a pop-up and drag a lead magnet form there.

Excellent question! To link to a new sequence, follow these steps: select the form> choose form settings > choose automations > create an email with an ebook as shown in the video or select from existing automations. This way your automated ebook delivery is set for a specific form
