Zoom Digital Signage Demo w/ John Stearns (January 2023)

This is a demo of the Zoom Digital Signage solution that is included in your Zoom Rooms licensing (1 ZR license unlocks an unlimited number of digital signage displays). You can easily create dynamic content playlists with images, videos, files, and URL content. In addition to running digital signage content, each of these displays will enable wireless screen share capabilities, and you can also broadcast any Zoom Webinar or Meeting in realtime to your digital signage displays. Do you have a video explaining how to get the digital signage to run on a PC stick? What does it require to get the digital signage running on the stick? Does it need an app? I've created the digital signage with your video; thank you. It was very informative.

John I tried to create multiple content lists so that I could have the digital signs expire so that I don't have to manually take each one down. But the second list would not play because there was one already playing. I promote events using Zoom Rooms that need to be uploaded and then taken down at different times throughout the month. Is this possible?

You mention a yealink or PC stick is required. If the tv is smart and connected to the Wifi can you run digital signage? (context, we are looking to use this feature in communal areas)

There is no app to facilitate this on a Smart today, the Yealink Room Cast, or a Generic Windows equivalent. They are making them smaller and less expensive all the time.
If you have ONE Zoom Room, you have unlimited Digital Signage licenses. The only expense to deploy digital signage on the campus would be the Signage Hardware, and new wiring if needed.

@@seangaines8220 is digital signage only available for MTR devices? I have a clients that seems to have done it with a mini PC stick and a handful of screens...is it possible to do it this way?
