Great Tips! definitely a "must watch" if you are aiming to get in to a Drama school. I knew a lot of "NOs" and I witnessed, I think it were, 3 proud YESs and they were worth it. Absolutely worth it.
Thank you for sharing this. Congratulations on getting in. I've almost completed my first year, 10 rejections in because I applied for multiple courses at some schools and this has really motivated me to do better in the second year if I don't get into this last school.
this comment makes me really happy! that's why i started this channel. The next video will be "What to do the Day Before Your Audition Step by Step Guide" so keep an eye on that and good luck on your auditions!!
@@bschannel5279 yay I can’t wait! So far I’ve heard back from 4 schools and I got a recall from 3....I did not expect this to happen AT ALL so I’m incredibly shocked. Would you ever consider offering one on one help with monologues?
I wanted to ask you if you already lived in the UK when you first started to audition to drama schools? I want to study in the UK but I live in Germany and I don't know how to do the auditioning process if I don't already live there.
I don’t live in London, im a student from italy, i’d really like apply in guildhall, but i don’t know how find published plays on the Internet. Could you tell me some websites so I can start studying😅 Thanks
Thank you for the video, congratulations!! Do you think that is possibile to have a successful audition even if a person doesn't have basically any acting experience?
Thank you for your comment! It's a tough question because you can absolutely have a good audition without acting training but it's a double-edge sword because you won't exactly know what went well and what didn't and most importantly WHY. We all have natural instincts with acting because it's human behaviour. However all accredited drama schools have at least 2 rounds of auditions and they usually include movement workshops, improvisation workshops, redirection of monologues and instincts might get you far but I advise you get some classes to be able to critically look at the work you are doing with some extra knowledge. Email me at beatrizactinglessons@gmail.com if you're looking for some audition prep.
@@bschannel5279 Thanks for getting back.to me. I want to know the prospect of graduates. Like I want to know what are the percentage of graduates getting signed to agents and get professional acting jobs? Like i dont want to just study for pure studying but the longetivity of an actors life. Thank you!
RADA is private so you dont get student finance and have to self fund. there are some scholarships and awards but nothing that 100% covers your BA from what I know!
