As a 19 year old from Toronto, Canada who loves Messi and Argentina the fact that Canada made its way to the SEMI FINALS of the Copa America in their first ever run is beyond exceeded our expectations as Canadians already and its already been a huge success no matter what happens from here on out. If Argentina do win or not Canada must be proud!

Regardless of the outcome...CANADA has written history and is inspiring young canadians to enjoy and play Futbol. Having said that, both teams went through some far struggling against their rivals....even to penalties. We have not seen Argentina playing at 100% during this tournament, and Canada is playing with heart.....it is a short tournament, so everything is possible, as already proven more than once
If Argentina does win against Canada they will win the final as well..... They don't play very well everytime they play weaker teams, they're much stronger against big teams. I swear Canada will be a very tough opponent, they play much better football now than the last time they faced Argentina.

Did you not see the goal conceded last night? Bombito has been atrocious all tournament and the keeper was always pushing the halfway line. Of course Davies is one of the best in the world and Johnston is generally very impressive for Canada, although the latter is still also clearly a level below top players in terms of comfort and ability on the ball. The entire game was open because neither team could keep the ball it was very different to the EURO games so far bar Scotland’s last performance, which is telling.
I love Canada let me starte by saying that..Argentina had an off nite vs Ecuador but dont forget you're still playing the World Cup Champions...where does Canada rank? On paper should be an easy game for Argentina but Canada is going to give them a heck of a fight

100% correct. David, Larin, Eustaquio, Davies have all had a mediocre tourney thus far. If they starting firing, Canada can be pretty good. If that happens on a day Argentina falls flat, yes Canada could win. But I would put the chances at about 1 in 6.

Canada should be proud of themselves for making it to the semifinals. It would be one of the greatest upsets in the history of football if Canada win. Argentina had a wake up call against Ecuador that their level was unacceptable and they can’t win the Copa that way.

@suleomar3388 Against Brazil in CopAmerica final, Di Maria's goal was the diffremce maker. In fact, Messi had a wide open shot on goal to seal the win and missed with a couple of minutes to play.
Against France in WC final, Argentina went up 2 nothing because of Di Maria. When he was taken out Argentina struggled, and again, Messi's turnover led directly to France's second goal which tied the score. The game went into OT, and Argentina won in PKs.
