Did this yesterday for the third time. This time I used soja yogurt no sugar (alpro), added frozen mix berries, and I always put cinnamon on top. It's SO delicious. I do taste a bit there is no sugar but with the berries it's balancing and it's really good 😊 So to those who were asking if you can use vegan yogurt : yes you can!
Unbelievable - SO GOOD!! I used 0% fat yoghurt, erythritol and potato starch as didn’t have corn but my goodness it was exactly like a baked cheesecake, and barely any calories, you could have this for a healthy high protein breakfast!!!! My new favourite thing.
😣 Sounds like it would taste like a bitter version of Spanish Flan 😣 or a very bland cheesecake 😣 But I guess for people on a very low calorie diet, this might satisfy them (just don't serve it to people that haven't been on any diets) lol

Cuisson 50 min à 180 / 200 °C car sinon ça ne cuisait pas dans mon vieux four à gaz (sans chaleur tournante). Résultat magnifique et surtout vraiment succulent 🙏❤️✨ . Je réessayerai la prochaine fois avec une pâte brisée en dessous comme pour les flans pâtissiers.

I made the recipe this week, using vanilla Greek yogurt. It came out just like in the video! I was so excited to try it once it baked and cooled, but...it was very tart! The texture was great, but I wasn't expecting the taste (I guess I assumed the flavor would be sweeter?). So, today I cooked some fresh blueberries with a few tsps. of agave, let it thicken and cool, and then poured a small amount over the cake. What a difference! Delish!

I baked it today. It turned out really good! With 325F took definitely longer than 50 mins. Probably 1hr 1/2 until top was golden brown! I served it with roasted strawberries on top! It was delicious 👍🥰

Je l'ai préparé une seconde fois, avec un yaourt soja (Brassé Andros) arôme vanille auquel j'ai ajouté 3 oeufs seulement la farine et 2 cuillères à soupe de caramel. Avec une cuisson longue à 170 puis à 150. Rendu exceptionnel. Coupé en petits cubes et servis saupoudré de cacao, il a été fini en un éclair. Pour moi c'est VA-LI-DÉ !!

OK, I made it today with custard powder instead of cornstarch simply because I could not locate the cornstarch. It was absolutely fine, in fact next time I will add vanilla. I made the recipe x 1/2, as my dish was bigger. So the full recipe and half as much again. It cooked beautifully in my woodstove which if I remember was at 180C at the time. Once it looked perfectly golden I removed it, cooled it and refrigerated it. I tried it warm and cold with some thawed berry fruit and by itself and it was very pleasant. I would make it again. So quick, it wasn’t funny.
I only had plain yogurt, so I sweetened it with 1 tbsp of honey & one tbsp granulated sugar. Putting it in the refrigerator, now. Looking forward to tasting it after dinner. 🙏

Made with a combination of fat free Greek and a strawberry yoghurt. Served with some stewed apples. I only use sweeteners. Love baked egg custards and cheesecakes so this has to be a winner as none of the calories. Thank you.
This was very good and very easy to make. I used key lime flavored 2% fat Greek yogurt (sweetened) and baked as directed in an 7” pan. It took about 55 minutes to get nice and brown on top. Next time I will a couple of tablespoons of lemon or lime juice for extra flavor. It keeps well in the refrigerator for a few days.
This looks delicious ~ I would use coconut yoghurt and I would add some vanilla and salt and as I’m trying to avoid corn I would try adding a larger amount of almond flour, maybe it would need another egg as almond flour will leave the yoghurt cake with a different consistency. There is a chance I might not get it right the first time.
This looks good and so simple! I just made a batch of homemade plain yogurt. I'm going to try. I have honey but you could add vanilla to it. I also just made homemade Blueberry rhubarb jam I could serve with it. Yum!

What is the paper?

This looks delicious ~ I would use coconut yoghurt and I would add some vanilla and salt and as I’m trying to avoid corn I would try adding a larger amount of almond flour, maybe it would need another egg as almond flour will leave the yoghurt cake with a different consistency. There is a chance I might not get it right the first time.
So you’ll make something completely different. Are we supposed to be amazed now? Congratulate you? Just shake our heads in despair?
Try using Arrowroot powder, good substitute for corn starch and works in the same way.

This looks good and so simple! I just made a batch of homemade plain yogurt. I'm going to try. I have honey but you could add vanilla to it. I also just made homemade Blueberry rhubarb jam I could serve with it. Yum!
