I am not an expert, but , i know that Intel i9 is required, and minimum 3070 required, ...now they are backdated so minimum 4060 is most important and ram , higher the ram ,more its good !
3d rendering is huge job ! I heard sometimes pc burns for the heat generated from rendering 😅
i9 is not a compulsion we always recommend to divide your budget for CPU/GPU/RAM wisely, do not overspend on a single component otherwise it will lead to a bottleneck. An i7 14700k will perform better with a 4070.

I would recommend getting a new monitor with laptop as 12 year old monitor will not have good quality.

Thanks for such a helpful and informative article, but I have a question. Would the ASRock Radeon RX 7900XTX OC 24 GB DDR6 384-Bit be a better GPU than the AMD RTX 4090? I am a 3D artist and I am a bit confused.
Nvidia RTX 4090 will be better option here.
Never go for AMD GPU for 3D rendering as they are not optimized for rendering as of now

Brother this is obvious if you sped 3-4L on a pc so this give best performance but we need a pc that can handle heavy task in affordable price like in 1-1.5 lakh cause many of viewers are not professional but they want to use blender maya for 3d modelling

Unfortunately, there is no middle ground on this. A 4070 can't handle heavy tasks as well as a 4090 can. The 4070 will take longer to render and will be slower than a 4090. It's similar to a gaming PC; for instance, if you want to play on full ultra 4K settings, your PC budget will need to be very high. However, if you want to play on medium settings at 1080p, then you can go with a medium-budget PC. So, the best approach is to build a PC that you can afford, and as you start working on high-demand projects, upgrade your current PC one component at a time with your earnings.

You should go with the best gpu that you can afford and get a suitable psu as well. You will also need to upgrade your cpu in the future because eventually, you will find the i3 insufficient for Blender and other 3d software as you do more hardware intensive projects in them.

you must pair a decent cpu as the cpu feeds the data to the gpu for processing, if it is does not perform at par then there will be a bottleneck in case of 3D work
