First time down Meadow Run (Ohiopyle) and I have to say that this is a creek I cannot wait to get back on. We had already run two creeks today (Daugherty and Fikes) and by the time we got to the slides at the end of the run, it was getting dark, and with only two people, I found it unwise to run the slides. The Lower Yough was at 10ft, so if for some reason something went wrong, and I was out of my boat, It would never be seen again, so I decided to not run the final class 5. But the next time I'm there, I'll have to fire it up!

Oh I bet I could’ve as well, but honestly the risk-reward ratio was just not worth it for me. The video doesn’t do it justice, but the siphon of death from the log there made me pretty worried

I gotcha. Keep in mind that was coming from a guy who has only run it once (at 6" lol)
