    I'm one of those few guys.
    I feel so comfortable being in the dead wrist press.
    I don't know why. But it simply feels good. It kind of feels unfair using it.
    Especially in a strap.
    It feels like a pull and a press in the same time, all directed into the thumb of my opponents.
    Great video guys! 💪

      @@provingastrology4471 Time. Patience. Get used to very high loads in training. Might take a while. Be sure that one arm could handle 50% to 75% of your bodyweight in any direction. And try to activate every single muscle, every single moment. Core and connection is exactly as important as the arm itself. This is the best way to avoid injuries. Long story short: Get fckng strong and use what you got for your own protection.

      @@EyeDriveATruck Basically find the exact spot of the whole curve where it actually hurts the most and use elastic Band suspended loads of about 50-60% in the beginning and just use a very short range of motion, only pulses. Just progress from there until you reach your previously highest PR but with those Bands.
      You can massage, vibrate and stretch that fucker as much as you want.... the whole tissues right in the elbow must 'break and tear', heal again and adapt, finally. Takes a few months to change all the tissue and cells. But it works wonders. Also, just throw in one week of rest before you start this period.

      @Kai240i 5 років тому +1

      Same with me when I first started too. I've learned that if your rotator is weak, your bicep will feel very weak in armwrestling. When you attacking or defending, if you lack rotation(also known as pronation), you'll get oversupinated(palm completely face up) and feel like you have no power. So start training that rotation, soon you'll feel much stronger on the table. Hope that helps a little.

      I started encountering this problem as a strong presser as well. I found that you have to be able to outlast your opponent. Basically the goal of an inside press is to throw your frame at your opponent. A toproll counters it (from my understanding) because it's hard to press someone to a pin if they keep their wrist away. Which is why flop wrist pressing is its own category.
