Ok so I'll say this again, you can pick up grey boomerangs and use them to duel wield, the kick lets you steal boomerangs from other people

Ice Cream didn't cheat at 16:29; he had the Extra Boomerang power-up at that point. You can see the icon over his head at 16:26. He'd gained the power-up at the start of the previous level, where it had spawned equal distance from both himself and Jazzy.
