New RR will be applied to TA CBDT on cgl 22 candidates - SSC CORE
RR will be implemented this year ....RR is under process, some officials protested against it that's why it is not implemented yet but it will be implemented soon ....CGL21 , CGL 22 candidates will be considered under RR ......if RR is implemented which will happen soon then there is no difference between pa/sa/ta
