यदि किसी का नंबर काफी कम (Example 260) हो, जो उसे मिल सकता हो (Example TA), उसने Priority form में लास्ट में भरे हो, नही मिलेगा ये जानते हुए भी उसने ASO etc पद स्टार्ट में भर दिया हो, जबकि कोई और बंदा (Example 258 mark) किसी और पद को ना भर कर वह Lowest पद(TA) के लिए सबसे पहले भर देता है जो कि दूसरे ने अंतिम में भरे हो तो क्या प्राथमिकता के कारण पहले की तुलना में दूसरे की chance बढ़ेगी??
