If I had $360k I would invest $100k in tech & $260k into dividend stock with a proven track record to grow with capital appreciation & dividend increase year over year
Adding JEPI and JEPQ are smart additions in my opinion. As for staying committed to higher-risk investments, it's all about balancing your risk tolerance with your long-term goals.
The market is not necessarily a rollercoaster if you know your way around the market, there are various opportunities in the present market to accrue good profit, If you are not too savvy with the market, just buy and hold on strong companies with good earnings, or consult with advisors on ETFs and actively managed funds. that’s what works for my spouse and I. We've made over 30% capital growth minus dividends.
I've been looking to get one, but have been kind of relaxed about it. Could you recommend your advis0r? I'll be happy to use some help.
Finding financial advisors like Melissa Terri Swayne who can assist you shape your portfolio would be a very creative option. There will be difficult times ahead, and prudent personal money management will be essential to navigating them.
I just looked her up on the web and I would say she really has an impressive background in investing. I will write her an email shortly.
Crash! Crash! Recession! Inflation! It’s getting depressing. I have about $100k in emergency fund and I have been seeing good news about the stock market and would like to gain from that since I can’t let my savings be corroded by inflation. What stocks should I into as a newbie to safely grow my money.
I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too
Its best if you buy growth/blue-chip/large caps stocks only. Also, as a newbie its advisable you work with an investment advisor to help set up a well-structured portfolio.
If you don't mind, how can I reach this advisrr? My retirement portfolio isnt doing greatly.
Sharon Marissa Wolfe is the licensed advisor I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
I find this informative, curiously explored Sharon on the web, spotted her consulting page, and was able to schedule a call session with her, she shows quite a great deal of expertise from her resume.. very much appreciated
Transfer of wealth usually occur during market crash, so the more stocks drop, the more I buy, in the meanwhile I'm just focused on making better investments and earning more as recession fear increases, apparently there are strategies to 3x gains in this present market cos I read of someone that pulled a profit of $350k within 6months, and it would really help if you could make a video covering these strategies.

Chris, if we go into a recessione by end of 2024 the FED would cut rates .. that would boost the market tò new highs .. would this be the blow off top ??
Great analysis Chris, Thank you

No worries!
You the man, Chris! Been watching you since David Linn's days at Kitcko... 👍
Thank you, glad you like my analysis!
And also losing money ??
Have you checked on the Hindenburg Omen for the Nasdaq?
I agree with you sooner or later S&P500 will cost $500 because nothing inside except printed money.
Your analysis is unique.. but u hv been calling for a crash since probably 2022 .. if i can recollect from your interview on kitco with david lin and Michelle makori ..
My man, Gold is about to go down!!! Lol
It's not "This data"....it's "These Data."
Biggest lesson i learnt in 2024 in the stock market is that nobody knows what is going to happen next, so practice some humility and follow a strategy with a long term edge.
Nobody knows anything; You need to create your own process, manage risk, and stick to the plan, through thick or thin, While also continuously learning from mistakes and improving.
Uncertainty... it took me 5 years to stop trying to predict what bout to happen in market based on charts studying, cause you never know. not having a mentor cost me 5 years of pain I learn to go we’re the market is wanting to go and keep it simple with discipline.
Could you kindly elaborate on the advisor's background and qualifications?
Just research the name Amber Dawn Brummit . You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
I searched for her name on the internet, found her page, and reached out via email to schedule a conversation. Thank you.
I believe investors should focus on under-the-radar stocks, especially given the present rollercoaster nature of the stock market. 35% of my $270,000 portfolio consists of collapsing stocks that were previously respected, and I don't know where to go from here.
To tackle investment risks, the safest approach is to diversify across various asset classes, such as bonds, real estate, and international stocks, to minimize the impact of a market meltdown. Seeking expert guidance is essential.
I recently sold some of my long-term position and currently sitting on about 250k, do you think Nvidia is a good buy right now or I have I missed out on a crucial buy period, any good stock recommendation on great performing stocks will be appreciated.
Palantir, ARM and Nvidia are all still good buy, but what do I know I’m not a financial advisor lol
A good number of people discredit the effectiveness of financial advisors in exploring new markets, but over the past 10years I’ve had a financial advisor consistently restructure and diversify my portfolio/expenses and I’ve made over $3million in gains… might not be a lot but i'm financially secure.
I'm seeking guidance for my portfolio management. could you refer me to your advisor
My CFA ’Melissa Marie Colby’ , a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further. She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market.
Thank you for sharing, I must say she appears to be quite knowledgeable. After coming across her web page, I went through her resume and it was quite impressive. I reached out and scheduled
I know a bull market eventually ends and a bear market begins; it's a continuous cycle. I have a seven-figure goal and plan to invest between $50k - $150k in falling stocks. How can I determine when the market has reached its bottom?
I agree, partnering with the right financial planner is invaluable. My portfolio is well-matched for every market season and recently saw a 140% rise since early last year. My CFP and I are working towards a 7-figure goal, though it might take another year.
Please can you leave the info of your investment advisor here? I'm in dire need for one.
*Sharon Lynne Hart* is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment..
We're warned of a stock market crash, yet also advised on how to invest in it. Oxymoron or paradox? I'm considering investing over $300K but am unsure about risk mitigation strategies.
Just buy Gold and protect your assets, the stock market is a rollercoaster.
Great gains there! mind sharing details of your advisor pleas? i've started gaining more cash flow with my employment and looking at putting money into stocks and alternative assets that can help build wealth over time
Market crash fatigue is affecting many people who are tired of hearing bad news. I want to diversify my $250K portfolio.
I completely agree. It's not just about the dividends, Diversifying a portfolio can be a smart move and improve risk management, i always advise one gets a professional to help you out.
The issue is most people have the "I want to do it myself mentality" but not equipped enough for a crash, hence get burnt, no offense. In general, Financial Consultants are ideal reps for investing jobs, and at firsthand encounter, since Jan.2020, amidst covid outbreak, my portfolio has yielded massively in ROI, summing up to 7-figures as of today.
I've been getting suggestions to use a market expert too, but where and how to find one has been challenging, Can i reach out to the one you use?
Sure, the popular *Jennifer Leigh Hickman* is the licensed advisor I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details on the web to set up an appointment..
Thank you for the lead. I searched her site up and filled the form. I hope she gets back to me soon.
I've heard that index funds and ETFs provide diversified stock market exposure while spreading risk. I have over $800K in savings; What's the most effective strategy to allocate funds in my portfolio and generate profits?
Yes, there are strategies that could be put in place for solid gains regardless of economy situation, but such execution is usually carried out by an investment specialist
Right, a lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their emotions, no offense. I remember some years back, during the covid-outbreak, I needed a good boost to stay afloat, hence researched for advisors and thankfully came across one with grit. As of today, my cash reserve has yielded from $350k to nearly $1m
@@leondonald good question!
I love index funds. And when the stock market is not in favor, I just exit my ETF position and move to another asset class ETF.
How can I reach this adviser of yours? because I'm seeking for a more effective investment approach on my savings
Vivian Jean Wilhelm is the licensed advisor I use. Just search the name. You’d find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment.
I am hearing this for about 3 years now, and I am sick and tired, I am going to believe it when I am going to see it!
You're bearish, but still in the market. What is your indicator to exit long positions?
It’s gonna be huge, the hugest of all crashes. We’re gonna lose big. Very Bigly!! It’s going to be bad. Very bad.
I agree, but we can't fix all the things out of whack without pain, and a financial cleanse... you either lose your shirt, avoid it, or profit from it... comes down to your mindset and strategies in place.
@@TheTechnicalTraders Very True, we just ride out the storm like the others!
Sorry but you are wrong about the russel 2k it is going to spike up to around 2325-2450 and the reason is that the big money pits like Nvidia and Apple are going to collaps. The money is flowing into small caps while we have correction of ~15% in the S&P and Nasdaq right befor the last spike up in these markets that brings them up even more. This market uptrend is far from over and yes it will end in a crash but not now.
I dont think so. If s and p crashes the russel is going to go with it. That being said, if s and p hits 2500 and goes sideways I expect a small cap rally along the lines of what you mentioned.
It won't end . It certainly will go on forever
I literally can't ever recall seeing Russell thrive while MegaCaps are weak. Russell sometimes can lead to the upside or fall a bit less to the downside, though.
Small caps lead the recovery I think so I will be a good buy near the bottom
Double top? Time to stand near the exit would you say?
You are really very good with your analysis and projections, I admire your skills. A suggestion, if I may: The Indian stock market (NSE and BSE India) are extremely vibrant. If you start covering the Nifty or select stocks on the NSE, you will likely find a tremendous following and increase in your subscriber base.
And yes, India has gold bugs galore!
The best to you!
Thank you! What about the Transport Sector? At one time I recall you did rely a lot on this indicator to get an idea of how the economy was doing. What does it say?
Yes it can be a good indicator of economic strength/weakness for sure!
Looks like a double top..
Chris your calm soothing voice makes the potential coming crash not sound so bad, thanks.
it's going to be great if you start to take profits now and get ready to short - I'm already starting to short - won't be long before Nvidia turns down - perhaps today or Friday tomorrow - quad witching
Hi Chris, I'm curious why mining stocks would do well if gold pulls back. Thanks for your thorough analysis!
Miners are likely to get hit hard with gold and the market in due time...
I think he meant gold will have a big pull back. Once gold explodes, the miners will have pulled back too. The miners will be cheap (penny stocks), and then see huge gains as gold rockets up.
I always love listening to your analysis. Thanks!
Awesome!
Chris your gift is imparting knowledge to the unwashed 🖖🙏
And to the unmoneyed.
Great analysis. So, is there ever a time when Large Caps and esp Tech/QQQ leads on the downside?
Yes, but not until late in the bear market cycle when the masses who all hold those, all start to panic near the bottom and bail on their positions because they cant take it anymore..
Have you looked at the Japanese banks and the carry trade? I saw one of their banks is exiting the carry trade. It looks like a lot of them are going to exit. A lot of assets involved and it looks like they will be dumping it at a discount. I could see this being the catalyst for central banks to start acting in a big way.
Thank you Chris.
Very welcome
Thanks for what? He's clueless!
Hi Chris, Thanks for the info. Do you really believe that the NDX can continue higher for another 3-4 months? The MAG 7 seems to be the only stocks lifting the S&P and NASDAQ.
IMO, nVidia may have some pull backs, as people take profits or get scared, and maybe nVidia production cannot meet demand. However, IMO, nVidia has not reached market saturation, which might take 2 years. We will see.
Not even at this valuations?? They sell to meta , Microsoft and Google which are insanely profitable and they will pass this to end consumer no doubt
….
Another solid analysis.
My view is, and it may be contrary to what you're seeing, but sentiment is generally bearish (I'm seeing little market-top "euphoria"). I'm of the view that markets could a fair bit higher, before a major correction.
Are you sensing the same bearishness?
Thank you Chris. One comment. Commenters on bonds use the term so loosely. For me, now is a good time for short duration TBills. And when the time is right, then watch for bond funds to rise in price. So bonds vs bond funds is a delineation I always like to hear distinguished in commentary. Thanks.
Thanks for sharing!
Nasdaq p/e 30 and you tell me its top? 😂 i hear about this collapse when nvidia ptice 250$
Very convenient. Imagine if 73 things happened before a stock market crash
since you are riding the market up to make money -- then why not share the analysis that prompts you to invest & not doom predictions... ?
I really haven’t seen any market euphoria yet at all in general society, maybe a small active and loudmouth part of the market has been euphoric but historically this is not a bubble at all. Also money printing will continue strongly into world election cycles next 12 months. I think shorting these markets is very dangerous.

Betting against Ponzi Scheme Experts ? Not Wise ! 🤔
Thank you Chris. I love that you have your own opinion and analysis technique!
I appreciate that!
The Russell 2000 is on a straight line uptrend (6:34) and until this uptrend breaks, we are fine! No point crying Wolf all the time. Gold going to 1800 isn't bad. So I suppose buy Gold no matter what?
Thanks a mill 🙏🏻
🤔Last week you said you still expect one big bullrun. I hope the crypto and stockmarket is not that volatile as your opinion..🤨
Best Tech. Analysis 👍 Big Picture is so important. Still waiting Gold to reach 2650/2750 this year, so Silver will explode to 36. Bought some mining stocks for trading this latest uptrend before prec. metals go down with the SPX once it starts with the correction...
Last year he said the market was going down 40%. ENOUGH!
@@joeblow7407 wait a little bit longer ...nobody knows exact date, as Gold knows something comin'.....be prepared. Equal weighted SPX500 is not that good. AI bubble will burst. Too optimistic visions. Just my5cents.
Bottom Signal 😎😎
But not Tom Lee. He thinks $IWM will rally.....
Stock market is coming down!!!! It's forming a clear head and shoulders! Go on the monthly time frame and take of candles
Thank you Chris.
Do you think AI bubble will fall as sharply as the rest of the market when the elevator goes down?
This is purely hypothetical speculation. Just drawing lines doesn’t mean a thing
When the stock market rolls over many more people will put some of their money into the safe haven asset - gold. This is why gold should perform better during a market downturn.
it's not crowded yet
this market has a lot of steam
melt-up continues
No doubt the stock market is topping but how do you see this impacting Bitcoin? Given the halving, it seems a decoupling would have to occur?
The great video brother I generally agree with you but I don't believe that we are going to get a blow off top this time and I believe somebody had shared it on the internet where Jerome Powell on a hot mic said no blow off top this time
if this is a possible case, strange that Druckenmiller bought into IWM 🤔
Would be interested in hearing your reasoning for a 10 year Gold bull market.
Good thing about the internet is one can reference past calls to see how spot-on they are.
Charting the past does not predict the future. Wise up
Love your analysis Chris !
Thanks!
Thank you! Great video 📹 👍

Awesome, thank you!
For how long have u been calling the top. Be honest
The rally everyone hates. I think there is still some upside as everyone tries to time the "TOP".
I agree!
Great work! Thank you
Welcome!
Some good analysts talk about a Blow off top before we go into recession in 2025 .. any thoughts ?
I hear this so often, it makes me believe we won't get it
On your cycle chart, you call out Utilities in the market down cycle. Do you have a chart of how Utilities perform at all these stages? Because Utilities have slowed recently.
ya, they have taken a pause but are performing very well overall. just a pause at this point.
Thank you, CV.

Hey Chris, dont you think the Fed will cut rates starting in Sept?
I dont, but I really do not care, it does not change any of my analysis or trades/positions.
How do people invest with this?
We don’t get the banana zone?
Play the chart in front of you. Forget about predicting the big collapse. It’s a waste of time and money potentially.
That is exactly what we do hence our accounts keep reaching new all-time highs every month :) But others need to know what could be coming to be MENTALLY prepared :)
Your drawings look like doom and gloom bear porn. While that could happen… many have stayed in cash in fear that something like this would be right around the corner and they’ve missed the rally and possibly worse they’ve been trying to short. There are problems under the surface. There always have been. But the market is going to do what it wants and a majority of the time that’s going to up. It’s great you’ve made money regardless of your bearish outlook but others you’re influencing maybe aren’t and you might be in part somewhat responsible.
Hey Chris, At the moment, how much % of your investable amount you hold in cash ? I'm at the moment adding to my cash position week after week, but wanted to see if it's a safe strategy 😃
We are 50% cash after hitting our targets on SPY and QQQ last week. Our cash position is in BIL so we earn monthly income/dividends, which is a great position also!
@@TheTechnicalTraders Thank for the suggestion 👌👍
5 years of watching these financial doom videos, bubble-ischous.
Great video as always Chris. Question for you, why will gold miners pop when the gold price drops?
That is not what I meant to say if that is what I said. Both gold and miners will go down together during Stage 4 correction/bear market.
@@TheTechnicalTraders Ah great, thanks for clarifying!!
Amazing content. Thank you so much🙏🙏🙏🙏
Glad you liked it!
Can you mention a few miners that we can put on our watchlist? Barrick has performed dismally lately and I just don’t understand that price action.
Perhaps that means it's time to buy Barrick....
@@animalsarebeautifulpeople3094 "My favorite people are animals" --- me Yes, buy Barrick, BTG, Equinox, GROY. All good deals right now.
Chris amazing work. a.How do you know IWM will not double top as QQQ and SPY did? They also had that stage 3 complacency but broke out eventually. b. And if it were the stage 3 in IWM you mention pretty close to revert, but can this collapse be in 2025 and not this year?
could be anytime... 2025 yes.. no try to pick a top, just follow and trade the market trends.
@@TheTechnicalTraders @TheTechnicalTraders Yes, I follow you completely, but phrases like "pretty close" I can assure you drive many newcomers to short with inverse etfs thinking they can hold. Their trader psychology is not ready to filter those emphatic words. Just a constructive thought. I am your fan, no doubt.

Bonds broke their downtrend, retested, and bounced higher. The rally in bonds has started and is telling us that we are late stage also. I agree with your timeframes on stocks and metals and the bond market is confirming it. When they cut rates bonds will spike up and that will start the real rally in metals for the next few months.
We can't really talk about the stock market going down anymore like we used to. There are so many different types of assets out there now, to protect against downturns, that we only have one problem - rampant inflation. No matter how well you do in the stock market, you will only make the inflation problem worse when you go out and buy stuff. The one thing you can do is move to a place with better purchasing power, or become a productive person and build a financial firewall to neutralize the effect of central bank induced inflation.
Amazingly put together. Being productive is extremely challenging as large organisations almost impossible to compete with….
