I agree that as someone who had been in GTA snow clearing is a big shock !! We were so shocked that even plaza malls don't worry about clearing snow. In GTA , the privately owned places come 4 AM they clear it all so they don't get sued.

Also, fun fact: snow isn’t exactly a thing in India. 😉 The world would be much better if we focused on understanding each other instead of jumping to criticism!
