I have never done a WOTY before. I bought a prayerful planner this year to use to journal write in. It has a space for your yearly word. I was having trouble coming up with one so I did a survey type thing from dayspring. It gave me a word. Yesterday, I was in church and the pastors sermon was on Psalm 1. His sermon title was “Rooted in the Word”. I knew immediately that “Rooted” was my word. It was the coolest thing to happen. Your journal is beautiful, as always. I don’t do this type of journaling so I will have to wait for one of your Bible studies. At 72, it is hard to teach a dog new things as they say. I did get into Bible journaling several years ago because of you.
