Thank you MR Chao for these wonderful tips to keep the green in its best look after cook. I now can impress my guests with my green dishes! By the way, if we focus too much on keeping the look, we may loose a lot of vitamins from blanching and submerging the bitter melon in water. Oh well we can win it all😊
