Great tune by the Whispers. Thanks for covering. The bass player on this track is Leon Sylvers III previously of the family group “The Sylvers”. He is a great bass player and has also recorded with groups such as Shalimar, Lakeside, and Dynasty. Most of his work is using a Rickenbacker bass.

i had to learn this bassline the first time i heard it, did not even realize it had that slap bass solo in the bridge there

Hi Einsneunzig, I'm pretty sure. I know it looks a little funny considering the key signature and chord, but it goes by pretty fast. Just make it a ghost note if you're unsure ;)
