LASG needs to set up Anti-Slum unit under the environmental protection ministry. The purpose will be to patrol coastal areas, bridges, train station, estates, etc, to make sure open spaces are not converted to slums. Too much nonsense in Lagos.
Imagine if all these people are into farming,the difference that would make in nigeria?lt's either government pay these people,give them an incentive that would get them farming instead of coming to lagos without job..
Why should Lagos govt pay them? this mindset needs to stop. They should stay in their villages instead of coming to lagos to make it a slum. Lagos govt doesn`t owe anyone from anywhere anything except lagos` legal inhabitants.
They all have what they r engaging with, they hv their sources of daily bread, it nigtnit b White collar job.
Everyone should go and farm in their villages. No one should be living in slums in Lagos. It is despicable and should not be allowed. This is how modernised and developed countries lived, and Nigerians should not be different.

Lagos needs adequate planning. Even the bible say to do things in “orderly” manner. City infrastructure has to be orderly. Not scattered in untidiness.
