    This demand is only for My home.Although quality and infrastructure is good ,still feel buying a villa is a better option at this price may be little far, provided you get good quality builder.

    really it is like a jatara . approximately 8300 flats in 55 acres of land. average 3 persons per flat if we take 25000 people at one location and population density is very high and traffic problems, water issues, pollution etc will come.
