Woke up, made my morning drink, put the speakers all the way up and watched Set It Off and Lockdown - holy shit! The guitar sound is ridiculous on this recording. Props to the band and producers.

Man I remember feeling afraid at some shows in the early 2000s when I was like 14/15. It was perfect. Dangerous music, intimidating looking people, alot of fun!

Anyway me and my two homes were the only HC guys that went , everyone else was a metalhead,. Anyways Freddy , such a class dude, was so happy to meet us and talk with us, three young skins in a mid sized city. I'll never forget how cool he was. Madball !

I saw them last-time 2014 in Berlin, Germany and at that time you can saw the change of the crowd. More and more stylish HC - hipster kids. They arent moshing but shaking their smartphones. SAD

They put up a lot of great new bands but then comes Madball and everything else seem tame. Perfection was achieved a long time ago.
Freddy's voice is shot here, but he still makes all of it bad-ass
