Recently bought the 2023 Aspire 7 i5 1245H, 8gb (upgraded to 16gb), 1650 nvidea gtx, 135w power adapter with 144hz refresh rate. It was just sweet to get it for just 55k. The only downgrade being it's speaker

@@_GHOST_18 for truly gaming purposes no doubt Msi is the right choice. However for casual gamers and office goers (just like myself) acer aspire 7 is just perfect (doesn't look fancy) and really fits well in office environment.
Moreover the 144hz screen was really the selling point for me.

I am using this laptop since 6 months, and subscribing you because I saw honesty on your reviews.
The pros and cons of this laptop are below:
The pros:
1. Price : I got it for Rs.52,000 on flipkart (Rs.49,000 effectively with No-cost emi), with such price, one can't get intel i12 priced entry gaming processor. Its best for those programmers/editors, who like to play casual gaming while on vacations, while do professional work on working days.
2. Keyboard and touch pad: very smooth and responsive
3. Build quality and design: It has good quality plastic and design is not bulky, its will make good impression to those people who like minimalistic design and compact design in a gaming laptop.
The cons:
1. Sound: its is the first thing which made me unhappy while testing this laptop. Sound quality is not poor, but it is too low. You can't even hear clearly when fan or cooler is ON with high speed. I somehow managing it through 500 rupees blutetooth speakers.
2. Battery : I know gaming laptops have less battery backup, but this laptop I tested initially given me 2.5 hours of battery backup but now after using 6 months, its battery is draining more faster than before. Now its giving me around 1.8 hours of backup which is kind average for a laptop.
Other than that,
No issues for display if you do a normal usage, it can be issue for those who play Esport games, but I am not a hard core gamer. I am a casual gamer so its not a big issue for me.
Not much heating issue, as this is common for all gaming laptops.
And ya I also got 1 month gaming pass and 6 months MS Office.
Battery backup in light usage?

So far... Desktop GTX 1650 4gb runs last of us in 60+ fps in medium 1080p settings... So it can easily run in 4gb GPU but.. not in laptops beacuse of underpowered GPU and heating issue

Bro i bought this laptop and i am hearing a slight buzzing,sparking noise from the underside of the laptop (should keep your ear close to hear sometimes its loud), not from fan but in the ram-cpu area, i searched and found people with same issue in other acer aspire laptop, i called warranty support they came switched the ram but i am still hearing the sound, my warranty will finish in about 2 months, so i want to check with you if you are also facing the same issue, if so please let me know, that would be helpful. There is some people in the acer community facing the same issue people who have swapped their entire cooling system and still face the issue, so i want to check if its normal or should i send the laptop for motherboard replacement. I think the sound is from the gpu or cpu chip.

I5 1240p is a performance oriented processor.....whereas r5 5625u is a ultralight power efficiency processor used for daily non powerful tasks.
