This is beautiful. She is a marvelous ballerina, what is her name? The carriage and technique (port de bras, epaulement) of her upper body is exemplary. I miss this attention to the finer details in today's dancers.
She's Madame Josette Amiel, danseuse etoile of the Paris Opera and one of the greatest (and sadly also overlooked) ballerinas of all time. She and Mr. Flindt had a successful dancing partnership and friendship. She's still alive, aged 93.
