Just a matter of a few minutes on a industrial sewing machine, which I have access to.
I've carried that pouch every single day since I got it which was probably four months ago. I carry two six foot hanks of bank line, one of paracord, an Altoids fire kit, a 3/8" ferro rod, and a full size Bic.
Looks good, maybe I will make my own. Doesn't look too complicated.

CampCraft makes other bags and pouches, but the EDC pouch only comes in one size, Brian.
