  • In this video, I steal my wife's Escalade by totally not lying to her and I install a gigantic Magnuson supercharger in 2 days! I made my own new Cadillac Escalade V! Sit back, grab that popcorn and freezing cold beverage (or hot) and enjoy the show!
    Supercharge your truck with a Magnuson kit! bit.ly/3rmN9fj
    I show this and talk about it a lot in the video but this was the nicest and easiest aftermarket supercharger kit I've ever installed. It's so much fun to install and the instructions are top-notch. You don't need to be a skilled mechanic to install this yourself.

    Everyone should take a moment to reflect on how much R&D Magnuson went through to design superchargers for so many models. They had to get ahold of every one of those vehicles, build a unit and install it. Then all the detail work like grommets, color photos etc etc. So paying 8K is a drop in the bucket for what you get.

I saw a LOT of other options, but I ended up going with Magneson because of the quality of the parts and the help I would receive with the purchase of my product. Watch how the Car Wizard does an intake clean, rather than picking away at the build-up. I used his method on my V6 LFX and filling the port with the CRC cleaner then using compressed air to blow out the gunk is easier and the result is just as good. Adding a catch can will stop the carbon building up again.

    Thank you Alex for another great video. I love the way you do things. I always feel like I’m there with you. So many other UA-camrs speed up a lot of the process and the fact that you don’t is what makes your videos so good.

    Keep up the good work

    The seatbelts holding you down is part of the crash detection system, if it senses you're about to crash and you're not able to do anything to correct it, it will tighten the seatbelts, among a couple other things. It's a automatic tension system.

    After doing a few carbon cleanings, I recommend the BG44k over the crc spray, it just melts the carbon without much scraping at all.(edited, the product isn’t the 44k, but it is the intake and combustion cleaner).

    • @Tsuter1978
      @Tsuter1978 2 роки тому

      @@BIasterXD you’re correct, I mis stated the product, it’s the air intake and combustion cleaner, but yes you need to put it in a spray bottle and spray it into the valves. It melts the carbon like nothing else I’ve used. And I’ve tried the crc spray and it’s not even close. Hard to get ahold of the product, but worth every penny. I did my 10cylinders and still have over half a can left.

    This caddilacs are garbage. Transmissions go bad at 70k miles, Motor mounts at 50k miles, radiator reservoir around 90k, shocks at 70k, multiple electonics go bad, cheap brake design, plastic trimmings feels and are cheap, cheap paint job, cheap carpeted floors, seat foam goes flat at the edges, heated seats stop working at some areas, A/C and condenser can go bad on many models. The list is long, but a good car for mechanics. Thanks Cadillac!
