Great video. About to start a rebuild, can’t decide between Redarc and Victron

Thanks for making this video. I have had my RA system for 6 months and still feel like I am learning how to use it.

Thanks for the video. My battery was disconnected and the state of charge display didn’t appear. I was worried that something was happening to my system. I just found comfort in your words that it had to be fully charged to display it again.
    Thank you 🙏

Thank you finally someone who can explain an item with out promoting or selling it! Well done on the smaller items and warnings, although my unit will be installed for me in the caravan, it was interesting to note the auto reset feature going to AGM, could cause an issue that one.

Yes it’s a pain but the unit instructs you to set it. Redarc make some very good products but there instructions need some work

Mate, you have just saved me a lot of headaches, just installed lithiums and the battery level indicator showed nothing as described in your video. thought something was wrong so uninstalled the batteries and reinstalled. still the same. thought it was broken but now i know the batteries need to be fully charged. thanks for your information on that one. was about to take it to an auto electrician .

Thanks so much,For Lithium Batteries what should be your SOC Alarm in % and Voltage alarm figures. TIA

@@annettemay5743 sorry for the slow reply but my state of charge alarm is set at 2% and the voltage alarm at 10.5v. I think these are pretty irrelevant as the display shows the amount of capacity left in the Battery. When I’m camping, l check it regularly, so worrying about where the alarms set for me not that necessary that is why they are set solo
      Happy camping, cheers Phil
