it was at this night market in Busan that I first tried Hotteok with mozzarella and now I'm desperately hoping that somewhere in Sydney a korean restaurant will serve it... :( also the tteokbokki we tried there was insanely hotter than what I was used to. so good. really miss these vibes/food trips!

In the 2nd one you showed I apologise for been rude but I seen it was a giant meat ball but what is the long white thing you wrapped the cheese around, because they look yummy want to see if I can make them myself
