Kitchen tip: To get the last bit of bbq sauce or ketchup out of the bottle, pour a splash of vinegar and shake the bottle. It will loosen what is left at the bottom. Most bbq sauces and ketchup have vinegar already so it won’t alter the taste. Just a splash though.
I got Amy Maryon’s cookbook this month. I think next month I will be getting your cookbooks. Doing them as I can because I live on disability and can only spend a little at a time. Sorry. I so love cookbooks too!!

The roast beef sandwiches you made kind of remind me of the trendy sliders that are currently popular. Your idea of the butter sauce toasted into the inside if the bun is ingenious. I've made the rigatoni casserole but put pasta sauce in it instead of the tomatoes and tomato paste. You have to mix it in a deep bowl so that the sauce gets inside the noodles. I've made it according to the directions and like yours it was too dry hence me using pasta sauce instead of other stuff
Those pizza burgers looked so good, and I scored an awesome deal on some ground sausage last week and have been trying to think of ways to use it, and I think that would be delicious!
I need the “pest control” guy here for my garden. Those darn rabbits are trying to get into my garden! I am too old and too tired to feed this critters. Unfortunately, we live in the city.
If I need to cool something quickly, I spend it on a backing sheet and pop it in the freezer for a few minutes. That might work well in the situation with your pizza sandwiches.

We make a similar dish (the rigatoni with sausage). I think if you added a jar of marinara, you would really like it.
Add sherry wine vin to your sauce
