Hello, I've been trying to find a good quality shaker but have not been having any luck. Do you still sell these, and would you be willing to ship to the US?
Awesome dude! I love to hear that other people are playing asalato too - there aren't many of us about! I'm about a year and half into my journey, and you're totally right there are almost infinite rhythms! Keep playing and having fun. Greetings from Austria!
Hey dude! Ive been struggling with learning these, and aeeing rhe clip at the end of you playing them and seeing someone at a similar skill level than mine actually helped my mindset, thank you so much!
Aren't they interesting? I saw them first on this video. ua-cam.com/video/EDQgU1CPpis/v-deo.html Super cool channel called Hang Massive. If you like percussion, worth checking out. (I sound like I'm affiliated with them or something. 😆)
I think I remember having the string be about the length of my palm. You could try replacing the string to be longer. I was constantly changing the size of the string to get it right. Or letting other people use it.
Haha! Right? I was like, "Well, now I gotta get 'em." Etsy is great. Glad this guy I met on the street inspired more than just me. 😄 Let me know how they are and how it goes!
@@terryroberts5309 Right?! He's insane. He's gotta be in the top .1% of everyone who can play these things. And I found him in Kyoto Japan of all places! Who would've guessed.
I wish I could. I bought it from him in person. Sorry. But they are African percussion instruments, and if you search for them online, I'm sure you could find them. Good luck!
Wow!!
Thank you!!
Let’s have a session next time!!
This is the guy!
I think I'm getting some kashakas for my birthday today... I've always wanted it and it was on my birthday list.
@@Republic_Of_Vicoria_Official Sweet! Hope this video helps! This guy was so good at it.

Great! Glad it was helpful. It was so cool to see. And it was super unexpected. I didn't even know he could do all of that when I started filming him.
And then you go.... One two, shake shake
