- Shopping day at Holland Cooper boutique and exploring the Cotswolds filming location of Emma!
Come along with Pier and me to Holland Cooper boutique (just outside of Cheltenham.) I have been wanting to visit this store for agessss because I really love the classic British fashion look.
We had so much fun trying on their signature Holland Cooper boots and trench coats, and made a few cheeky purchases 🤭
The next day we walked to Lower Slaughter village where they filmed the Highbury scenes in the 2020 adaptation of Jane Austen's Emma. I had fun recreating some of the shots in the movie!

I always look forward to your video’s so much! Holland Cooper is my favorite, I don’t own anything, but I go on the site and dream just about every single day. I want to order so badly, but being in the states I worry what I’ll have to pay for fees. I’ve considered ordering something small like a belt, to get an idea of what I’d have to pay. I’ve been eyeing that white blouse as well, and their jeans, and of course all their incredible, beautiful jackets and coats. 💖 That’s Doen dress is absolutely gorgeous on you!! 🎀
I have spent a few years lusting over the HC website too 😂 I didn't order online for the same reason... once I got caught with paying $300ish on customs fees for something, it was NOT CUTE hahaha
I think you should definitely treat yourself with something small 💕 normally there is a limit before you have to pay customs fees

I love both Upper- and Lower Slaughter; such quaint little villages! I hope you had a great time in the Cotswolds, it's such a romantic area of the UK. Thanks for taking us to Holland and Cooper; I'll make sure to put it on my 'to visit ' list, next time I'm in the area.
Both villages are lovely, they have a fairytale quality about them! You should definitely visit HC next time you are near Cheltenham. Makes for a fun shopping trip! 💕
Are you coming as far north as Yorkshire while you’re here? If so you should definitely visit Haworth. It’s where the Brontë sisters are from and the inspiration for Wuthering Heights
Unfortunately not this trip! The furthest north we went is Manchester.. Yorkshire next time though! I would especially like to visit Whitby 🧛🏻♂️

Haha Laura as I said I could write a full-on essay on the novel and adaptations 😂 maybe I'll make a rant video at some point about it lol BUT I think the main thing with the 2020 version was - as visually beautiful as it was (the costumes ahhh 😍) I left the cinema without the warm and fuzzy feeling I normally have after a Jane Austen story... also the Knightley did absolutely nothing for me, which I guess is a major factor!
