Yes I agree with you , it’s really stressing, sometimes it takes up a lot of my time , just the designing aspect , and I hate that … lol Before a project , I go online to look for design inspirations to come up with design for a project.
@@ikechukwuferdinard3740 you can also build a linkedin page and connect with people, show your work, but it is very important you create a portfolio website, your personal site that shows your work, the different projects you have build, it could be a small or big , put them in the portfolio, so employers can your work

But I didn't specifically convert the naira amount to dollars because it's not equivalent to the amount developers are earning in dollars ( I don't know if you understand what I mean ) But I will next time , so as to put it into perspective for non- Nigerian audience

I got my first client through a friend , it was a Wordpress website , and I was so excited to build the website and get paid for it. I know it’s easily said to use the platform ‘fiverr’ and ‘upwork’ , list your service and get work/gigs . But it’s not easy , it can be hard to get clients if you are just starting out I recommend that you tell people what you do , you can get your first client by word of mouth , after your first job, you can get referrals if you did a great work. I do get referrals from the people I built website for , Actually , most of my work are referrals Do you have some sample projects you did on your own , you can use them to build up your CV I wish you the best .

I like using Wordpress , it makes my work easier and I can configure it however I want using PHP I see no reason why I should handcode a website that I can create on Wordpress and gives me the same result too Same with using frameworks

I purely used WordPress to get the job done. So honestly, you don’t even need to learn coding to start making money online. It’s all about finding the right skills and using them well.
