Yes during Covid, stores like Costco, Sams Club, Home Depot and Walmart started introducing earlier phase din Black Friday deals to prevent crowds showing up on Black Friday morning and infecting each other.
I got Home Depot to price match the DeWalt Framing nail gun at $299 to the Milwaukee M 18 framing nail gun. So, I got the Milwaukee for $299 plus a 10% off coupon, brought the Milwaukee price from $329 to $269. If your viewers get the Milwaukee ask for the price match and use the 10% coupon.
I have a Makita impact driver which I like because it has a lot of power levels - I've never used an impact driver that wasn't (almost always) more powerful than I needed. I think, rather than worry if it will drive a 6 inch 3/4'' lag screw into a railroad tie, most people should worry if the impact driver will drive the screws deeper than you want before you can get your finger off the trigger. When I need to bolt railroad ties together, I have an impact wrench (a mid-torque, rated at 550 ft/lbs).
The planner is great! If you have to resurface or heavy sanding, i use the planner first to get the wood down to where the wood is more even and then finish with a sander. Saves so much sanding time. And the mini belt sander is also awesome, use for tight spaces and more delicate fine narrow work.
Times they are changing ... over to Jeff's Black Friday Delights! How thoughtful too that Jeff would highlight a very fine RYOBI saw on clearance to conclude this morning's episode of Jeff's Black Friday Delights! Keep those good deals coming! -Bob...
I’m not a handyman, but I like when you go around showing us good deals at different stores, for some reason watching this is relaxing for me,I even fall asleep sometimes
Jeff, I have successfully used those Avanti 12" blades on my miter saw but the blue 7-1/4 framing blades wander pretty bad on dimensional lumber. I prefer the Diablo red 7-1/4 blades. Seem to cut straighter. I think they sell those around $10 for two. Those narrow kerf blades get pretty crazy if they get hot. My wife and I (over 60) just stick framed a 4 gable 2500 sqft house with 3 diablos and used the Dewalt flex volt only 7-1/4 right hand circ saw. That is the best circular saw i have ever used. House was built with 2x12x20 SYP. That's a heavy board. Those 12" avanti blades are great on laminate flooring as they are sure to be tossed when done (less $); or need sharpening. BTW, you just missed a great deal on the 3/8 Milwaukee M12 crown stapler. They had a deal for $119 for two batteries, charger and stapler, online only. Watch for that to come back. I wish it used the 1/2 wide staples instead but that is so much better than the manual or the old one with the 6" cord. They ran the deal a couple of times in the last month. That is a nice tool. They rarely put it on sale but the M12 nibbler is fantastic for duct and metal roof/siding. Thanks for the videos and keep them coming.
@@jeffostroff Mr. Jeff, shear determination is what it takes. Just a bit slower than those young bucks. I will confess that we did hire someone to do most of the steep roof decking and all of the shingles. My wife was freaking out when I was putting decking on a 9/12 roof. It has a 8 foot porch all the way around. I did deck all of that. It's 4/12, much easier. I am a professional engineer by trade but enjoy construction challenges and working with my hands.
I use Dewalt for work (Auto mechanic) and Rigid products for home. I see some good deals that I can take advantage of for home and work. Should be a good holiday season for battery tools.
I just bought the Milwaukee deal with the two 5ah batteries and the inflator. So far, I love the inflator. I missed the deal in the past when it was on sale, so I was excited to see the deal again.
I was able to grab it on a HD one day only sale for 129 with the kit. They make 2 two speed m12 screwdrivers one is 275 inch lbs and the 325 inch lbs. I know the 325 is a fuel. I had the
I got the batteries/charger with the 860, they came out to $90 each with discounts. I didn't need the batteries or charger so I sold them on marketplace for $120.
Hey brother ran across your channel and I like it I am a car audio installer and I use Milwaukee M12 tools every single day they are awesome and the soldering iron is the one to buy
Yeah it was a good sale this year, maybe they have the same deals next year! Some stores take a few weeks to get their deliveries and get them out on the floor
any chance you think Ridgid's new tabless battery which was just released a month or so ago (the EXP (with the orange P) 4.0 Max Output) will go on sale? Its tabless which is a huge plus and would be great to buy but didnt see it in your video.
Right! And there are hardly any different tools than last year. I was looking forward to black Friday deals for a while now, but I probably won't be getting anything this year, as I have almost all those tools already 😢. They have been having great rebate deals tho. I purchased a few great 40v stuff back in September and got a few free tools and batteries
I picked up the Ridgid 4Ah kit in store earlier today along with the orbital sander. Kit broke down to 77 bucks and the sander 72 bucks. A few more dollars than the last same kit I bought but still a great price for new battries and the LSA to boot!
BE CAREFUL with the Dewalt BoGos this year! I ordered the Battery kit and the hand planer. The battery kit should have been DCB2460C with the newer DCB1106 charger and the new low profile 4AH battery. Instead, HD shipped me the old (2022?) DCB246CK kit with the DCB115 charger and the old style XR tall 4AH battery. Called them, agreed to return it to the store for a $25 discount on a replacement order. Received the replacement order today and it’s the same old style DCB246CK battery kit. Called them back and it turns out Black and Decker ships these direct to customers not via HD. B and D must be trying to clear out their old stock hoping some of the people who order this will not notice the difference. I might not have cared but part of the reason I ordered the kit was the low profile 4AH for my router and a faster charger and my 112s and 115s
Ive gotten a lot of makita tools from black friday deals. Im a little disappointed this year tho. Theyre really similar to previous years, but this one is slightly worse than before. Last year they had 5.0 batteries for the starter kits, rather than 4.0. The $400 drill set had two free tools last year, rather than one this year. They have almost no different tools than last year as well, which is disappointing. Ive gotten almost all of those tools already 😢
@jeffostroff I've never timed it, but I can stick all my batteries on it, and they're all very quickly charged. The fact that it's sequential has never been an issue. I usually store my batteries on this charger.
If you bought the batteries and got the router free...how much would you get refunded if you would return the batteries? I remember you saying you could get a great deal on the free tools when you returned the item you didn't want.
Typically they refund half the retail price of the battery, or whatever they say is the savings when you put it in the cart. On the store receipts it will tell you what the max refund value is of both the tool and the battery
Where do you live that you have DeWALT tools out on the shelf? That’s awesome! Our Home Depot requires the tool to be purchased at the register before you are allowed to touch it.
The Dewalt cutoff tool is vastly superior to the Milwaukee one. It uses the 20v batteries, which may help, but it doesn't bog down the way the Milwaukee one does - I have them both, and I may never use the M12 version again. I also have the 12v Dewalt screwdriver, and that's also much better than the M12 screwdriver - better lights, wider range of torque settings, and it spins a lot faster, so you can drill things with it, in a pinch. I liked the M12 version until I got the Dewalt on a recommendation, and I'm not sure I'll ever use it again, either.
I wouldn't get a DeWalt cordless sander. They are terrible vibration wise. While not as popular of a platform, the Bosch 18v sanders are the best of the bunch excluding Festool
Keep checking sale just started, they often come back in stock, you can set an email alert on the hd webs ite to notify you when stock comes in. I do this all the time works well
you return the battery, and they give you 50% of the retail value of the battery as a refund. This makes the effective price of the tool lower than you can buy it normally for.
when you get a buy one get one free, you cancel part of the order, and it gives you 50% of the retial value of the cancelled item as a refund, effectively lowering the price of the tool you keep
The most wonderful time of the year...is when Jeff does these black friday deals
it's not even holloween yet!
@@rod1147 never too early to start xmas shopping 🤣

Battery prices are out of control.
It’s the HP printer game. Give away the tool, make your money on the batteries.
Try buying an 80v Green works 5amp
They're not that bad, $110 for two 4ah or $130 for two 5ah. And they last forever. Only expensive when you need flex volt

i dont think i have ever seen a store sale video longer than 20 minutes. I think i like this new style feature length shopping video.
It was the huge amount of black friday new items is why this was longer than my normal shop with me videos
Good effort!
i tried getting the batter starter kit and the free was the flexvolt and it never came off it just reduced in price
Thanks for sharing. Don’t see any deals really on fuel line. Them brushless are kinda weak. Was looking for a few new fuel upgrades

Thanks Jeff! I ordered the Dewalt bogo Jigsaw + Charger Starter kit using your link!!
Glad you liked the deals! Thanks for using our link too!
Jeff is always the best. Incredibly thorough.
Thank you Chris

Thanks for starting with the Dewalt, it’s pretty much the only thing I’m interested in anymore. 👍
That Dewalt router is nice! Throw in that battery is icing on the cake!
Is the $299 rigid, 8 tool kit a good price? In your opinion
This store is loaded with Deals! Stores here have only some of them. Great video jeff 👍
Yeah it was a good sale this year, maybe they have the same deals next year! Some stores take a few weeks to get their deliveries and get them out on the floor
Good job.
All my ryobi tools are 18v, will the new 20v systems work on 18v? Or is this a money play by ryobi?
Use your link all the time
Lowes $279 2x batteries and 2 free tools. I'm thinking router and drywall gun myself
Nice deal! That's a good combo for the price.
i love the solder iron have had it for year have one for work loved it so much i bought one for home
So are these prices available now?
are those deals only in the us or in canada also?
Dewalt : That deal for the new plunge router is really tempting. Somehow the PowerPack deals are way better than the Q4 bogo.
Same deal at acme tools for $299
Thank you so much for this video متشکرم از شما آقای محترم امیدوارم همیشه سلامت شاد باشید
Thank you Jeff
Thanks for coming back for more Raul

Did not see it there, will check next time I go in they are still putting stuff out
Thanks for the very set information. Super helpful.
Happy to help!
There are no black friday deals. These are every day deals
I’m more surprised those tools are not locked up vs the deals! 😱
Ive got that Huskey ratcheting screwdriver and its one of my most used tools. Sold for lower torque applications. Well worth the price in this video.
I have the Klein tools equivalent it’s my most used tool for sure. Great pick
You're right, it's a really good tool for the price!
Enjoyed your walk about although where I live there is no Home Depot ! But I’m a Dewalt man!🤣🇵🇰❤️🇵🇰😭
You might want to check out their online deals, then!
I GOT MY POPCORN.... LETS GO JEFF
🍿🍿🍿🍿
Jeff what’s the best deal for MULTI TOOL!
Battery kit and that recip saw hellz yez!
FYI Soldering Iron work great. Best cordless iron I have ever used.
I'm a Makita guy and was disappointed they are only offering 4ah batteries.

On eBay the DeWalt starter kit goes for $140
If I didn’t use Dewalt I would use Rigid. Rigid is good stuff.
And lifetime waranty
I have a little of both! Also some Milwaukee 😂
great deal on the fiberglass ladder
I hope they add some more!
I got the Werner 6 feet blue fiberglass for 50$ at Lowe’s last night. The 8 is 70$
The one tool that I want is the Bandsaw, it never goes on sale.
I showed the dewaly bandsaw on clearance 2 years ago like $150 off people were rushing out to get that one. Nothing since then
Big video!
Any sales on Milwaukee packout tower(Tool box)??
They had the glitch on Sunday lasted about 2 hours. Still waiting to hear about other deals
It does charge two batteries at the same time. The Milwaukee packout charger.
I picked up the Ridgid 4Ah kit in store earlier today along with the orbital sander. Kit broke down to 77 bucks and the sander 72 bucks. A few more dollars than the last same kit I bought but still a great price for new battries and the LSA to boot!
nice score
Wow! Deals baby! 😊
yo know it, bring on the bargains
The Fact these tools are overpriced from the start, even before the sale price's I don't see the Deal's and will wait
Ok, but be careful of price inflation..
Ryobi: Sad... Sad... Sad bogo compared to what we used to get before 2020. Even Ryobi days earlier this year was better.
Look for a Direct Tools near you, you don’t have to wait for Ryobi Days or Black Friday.
the dealt inflator does NOT come with the AC hook up..must buy separately
That's a bummer, but at least if you have batteries?
Awesome vid very informative great job 👍

Lowes have the same deals but with the latest version of the 🔋
I've been loving the small dewalt deep tool box. FYI lowes has the 8ft Warner fiberglass ladder for 69$
The orange 300 lb eating type?
i listen to you talk for hours man - always great content
I’m glad you find it entertaining, hope you snag some deals!
Lowes has a buy 1 kit get 2 free tools
yes i showed it the other night on my lowes walk through
I'd rather have a 5 drawer HF roller cab than that Dewalt roller drawer set up. All metal too.

Hello everyone
sup land shark!
That 6 battery ryobi charger is fantastic.
how long does it take to charge one battery? Is it a rapid charger or regular?
@jeffostroff I've never timed it, but I can stick all my batteries on it, and they're all very quickly charged. The fact that it's sequential has never been an issue. I usually store my batteries on this charger.
The first one is twice the price, second one is free.

What's to fall for? Saving money?
If you bought the batteries and got the router free...how much would you get refunded if you would return the batteries? I remember you saying you could get a great deal on the free tools when you returned the item you didn't want.
not sure if it will work in store, i order online, got 99 refund for the battery

Your Ryobi link isn't working
SIMPLY THE BEST......
Thanks, I'm glad you liked it!
its now November 1st I dont see that deal at Homedepot
about time you did makita tools
I want to break it out to it's own video
Jeff got TKx !
What I want vs what I need; justification can be brutal.
The heck with justification! you only live once
What is the hack??
Dang my wife is going to be pissed
When I go to home depot 😂😂
Better to have her think you are having an affair, than buying new tools
DE WALT 😍🥰🥰
@ 1:04:24 SHINY Shoes !!! 😀
Love my shoes they are awesomee

Coconut creek fl store one of few that have not converted to prison block shelves yet
Too bad there is no masonry sawzall blade in that pack. I like when you put the pack next to the price sign so I can get a screenshot for my phone.
A 2-1/4 INCH router.. what the hell is that?

Yes an M18 version would be a better performer vs the M12
Ima need a cordless sander and cordless fan deal 🤞
If you can get to lowes look for the flex tools cordless fan, clearance from $130 to $35
I wouldn't get a DeWalt cordless sander. They are terrible vibration wise. While not as popular of a platform, the Bosch 18v sanders are the best of the bunch excluding Festool
the xc5.0 battery pack is the same price but with 1 battery in canada XD
15:58 we have those at my home depot on sale for $7.97
The top off power supply seen it all year at $99
The one I most wanted says out of stock. Do they do rain checks?
Keep checking sale just started, they often come back in stock, you can set an email alert on the hd webs ite to notify you when stock comes in. I do this all the time works well
@jeffostroff thanks so much.
I have alot of the dewalt tools, Even have a lot of duplicates so I better stay away from the bogo Isle😂
At my home depot all that merchandise is behind cages and bars
That Dewalt kit sale has been available for months.
Where are you shooting this vid in fantasy land? None of the tools are locked up! What unicorn place is this?
Fumy a week later they finally added the cage doors tot he shelves.
All prices are out of control. Get tools at garage sales and estate sales, Offer Up and other apps. Never pay retail!

you return the battery, and they give you 50% of the retail value of the battery as a refund. This makes the effective price of the tool lower than you can buy it normally for.
Lowes currently has buy 1 get 2 and buy 1 get 3 deals
Whats the online hack?
when you get a buy one get one free, you cancel part of the order, and it gives you 50% of the retial value of the cancelled item as a refund, effectively lowering the price of the tool you keep
You do know that Dewalt owns Craftsman right? Which by the way are both owned by Stanley Black & Decker lol
