I personally default to Blossom of Spring, because of the mentioned ability to go fast. It is at your disposal whenever you need it, rather than waiting 3 turns for a tunic counter - especially if running the "pitchless" version where you don't need the tunic counter in the first place for anything else than using your greaves. But if you're playing big spell, then I could see an argument to play Tunic, but I still rather play Blossom of spring on the off chance I have good Gone in a flash hand pre-tunic counter turn. The explanation for flash of brilliance was great, I have been using crown of Providence but I'm gonna give flash of brilliance a try. We can respond to exude confidence before it becomes active. The same goes for send packing
